At the end of the year, what better way to end the year than by going to Switzerland to draw. To the Dior shop in Zurich, to be more specific.

It was my first time in this shop (I hope not the last) and the staff immediately made me feel at home and pampered me with attention (I was recovering from a bad cold).

The relaxed atmosphere and the fact that the customers came by appointment and therefore had time set aside for drawing influenced my drawings, which I find more serene than at other times.

There were those who kept their appointments with me despite the fact that they were flying in a couple of hours to spend Christmas on another continent. Things like this make me feel deeply grateful for the privileged profession I have.
